Datasheets, performance curves, material certificates, test procedures and calibration records.

Visual and dimensional check
Nozzles and flanges, baseplate, coupling and guards, interfaces per the outline drawing.
- PMP-03
Nameplates and traceability
Pump and motor nameplates checked against datasheet and order: model, power, voltage, serial number.
- PMP-04
Hydrostatic test
Pump casing tested at the required pressure and duration, with no leakage.
- PMP-05
Running tests
Flow, head, absorbed power, vibration, noise and bearing temperatures, when specified.

Electrical checks
Insulation resistance, direction of rotation, current draw, panels and connections.
- PMP-07
Coating and protection
Dry film thickness (DFT), protection of nozzles and machined surfaces.

Pre-shipment inspection
Quantities and codes against the packing list, spares and accessories, packing and marking.

Release
Report with photos and, when everything conforms, an Inspection Release Note for shipment.
