CS-01On-site attendance at control valve testing per the test plan: dimensional and final inspection, functional and stroke tests, seat-plug leakage, gas test and fugitive emission test with helium and mass-spectrometer leak detector.

CS-02Pre-shipment inspection in several lots: 90 kW centrifugal pump packages, DN300 check valves, butterfly valves, electrical panels and filter plates. Quantities and codes checked against the packing list, nameplates, equipment condition, protection, packing and marking.
One report with photos per lot, with item-by-item reconciliation of the packing list.
CS-03FAT of two active harmonic filters: document review, visual check of the panels and electrical functional test with measurement and compensation of current harmonics.
Test result: satisfactory. Report issued to the client with photos and records.
CS-04Inspection during fabrication and before shipment of a dewatering machine for mineral processing: welded and galvanized steelwork, conveyor structures, visual and dimensional checks, weld and galvanizing quality, components, packing and packing list.
Inspection reports for every item, with photos and packing-list reconciliation before shipment.
