Informativa sulla privacy

1. Titolare del trattamento

2. Dati trattati

• Dati inviati tramite il modulo di contatto: nome e azienda, email, servizio richiesto, apparecchiatura, luogo del fornitore, norme, data richiesta e testo del messaggio.
• Dati inviati via email, telefono o WhatsApp: i dati che scegliete di comunicarci.
• Dati tecnici di navigazione: indirizzo IP e dati del browser, trattati dai fornitori di hosting per far funzionare e proteggere il sito.

Il sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione né strumenti di analisi statistica.

3. Finalità e base giuridica

• Rispondere alle richieste e predisporre offerte – misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Gestire il rapporto contrattuale e gli adempimenti fiscali e di legge (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.c GDPR).
• Sicurezza e funzionamento del sito – legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Destinatari e fornitori

• Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting del sito e DNS.
• Formspree, Inc. (USA) – inoltro dei messaggi del modulo di contatto.
• Google LLC – fornitura dei caratteri tipografici (Google Fonts), che comporta la trasmissione dell'indirizzo IP.
• Aruba S.p.A. – servizio di posta elettronica.

Alcuni fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base del EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework o delle Clausole Contrattuali Standard della Commissione europea. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti a terzi per finalità di marketing.

5. Conservazione

Le richieste che non portano a un incarico sono conservate per un massimo di 24 mesi. I dati relativi a incarichi e fatture sono conservati per il periodo previsto dalla legge (10 anni).

6. Diritti dell'interessato

Potete chiedere in qualsiasi momento l'accesso, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione o la portabilità dei vostri dati e opporvi al trattamento, scrivendo a [email protected]. Avete inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Natura del conferimento

Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo, ma senza i dati di contatto non possiamo rispondere alla richiesta.

• Contact form data: name and company, email, requested service, equipment, supplier location, standards, required date and message text.
• Data sent by email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share with us.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data, processed by our hosting providers to run and protect the site.

The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering requests and preparing quotations – pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing contracts and legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Security and operation of the site – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and providers

• Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and DNS.
• Formspree, Inc. (USA) – delivery of contact form messages.
• Google LLC – web fonts (Google Fonts), which involves transmitting your IP address.
• Aruba S.p.A. – email service.

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for up to 24 months. Data related to assignments and invoices are kept for the period required by law (10 years).

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing data is optional, but without contact details we cannot answer your request.
